In the year 2050 when the US “Transplant Team” governs the transplanting of human organs, an ousted former member of the group is thrust into the underground of organ donation to save his twin brother. While with the underground, he meets a doctor who helps him expose the corruption and abuse of power of the transplant team, who have been denying the less fortunate lifesaving surgeries.
